This was my first time hiring a moving company . I'm just over the whole loading the truck part. They've got to be the best moving company in the Scottsdale, Arizona. Team Lewis and Joel were extremely fantastic, and professional. They called 30 minutes before they showed up to confirm they were arriving, they called again once they arrived. These guys were very respectful and looked after our belongings. They were friendly and hard working. I recommend them. I’m editing because I am finding a few damaged items where they weren’t wrapped carefully. An example is my antique cabinet from my granddad in England. I had told them it’s an antique but they didn’t wrap the bottom and the guy just tipped it up on end, asking me where I want it. Ugh! This company is a scam. They show up 1-2 hours later then promised. They send people who don’t know what they are doing. They scratched walls, & doors, the movers smoked and took several breaks and ruined several pieces furniture plus scratched multiple pieces then charge your card several hundreds dollar over the estimate hours past the move was done. Lou & Tod were fantastic! They were kind, personable and funny! They took the stress out of moving day. Everything was moved quickly, with care. They went above and beyond and we could not be happier with the service.
