Autonomy is not in some of their vocabularies- when it comes to medication. Great therapist.
My partner doesn’t have a google account to post this so I am going to. This place is an absolute nightmare and they DO NOT care about their patients. They never answer their phone and when they do it’s cold and short. It’s always a problem when refilling medication. His mental health has become worse from coming here. They don’t tell you side affects to new medications and when you try to tell them what’s going on they tell you to just completely stop taking them but don’t tell you the consequences. Inadequate care
Almost lost my medication because the confirmation text messages were being sent to my very very old phone number. They've given me the runaround when it comes to my name. None of them asked to spell it first before on the phone and they always say that I'm not a patient there when I am. I was doing video calls this whole time I was there and then all the sudden I can't do it and it's my fault that I'm missing appointments because of it? Yeah bye
