Good drinks and enjoyed bagel sammie
I dont know who their hiring manager is, but they deserve a raise. Blackhand has the most warm, welcoming employees. Genuinely a joy to just order a drink from these lovely people. Also bonus points for having a delicious chai latte and sausage/egg/cheese on an everything bagel.
Great reviews but honestly disappointed. Coffee was fine but food was terrible :( undercooked flat bagels, will probably go somewhere sales next time. Very kind staff, hope they can fix the food.
Coffee is good but running out of bagels at 1pm when you close at 4pm is truly terrible. Maybe order more bagels next time.
