I have had several bad dental experiences in the past, so it took alot for me to reach out for my most resent dental issue. Which was an emergency. I was referred to Dr. Black, so I called. The staff was so understanding and went above and beyond for me. I was in the chair within 2 hours, and taken care of. All of the staff at this clinic are amazing! Avoid this office if you rely on insurance. They only accept insurance when it’s "easy money." I wasted a week trying to get a pre-authorization submitted for a specific treatment. After emails, phone calls, and an in-person visit where we scheduled the necessary tests, they called me back today to cancel. They flat out told me it was "too much work" to handle the paperwork and suggested I just pay out of pocket instead. Always a pleasure. One of my many crowns (from a previous dentist; no one’s fault) dislodged itself on Friday after decades. I saved the crown and called Dr. Black’s practice after hours. Communication with Dr. Black was easily established. He was caring and responsive to my needs. On Monday he worked his magic and I was as good as new again. The entire staff have always been a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I were just discussing how fortunate we are to be patients of Dr. Black…..which prompted me to write this review. ... read more
