So, as we all know, John is an acquired taste. But what I’ve learned from my personal experiences over the last 2 years, he doesn't quit or stop when it comes to the properties he manages or his tenants. Either you're with him, or against him, in a good way. Personally, I would've quit, and before you think they put me up to this, they were my enemies. John was the Lex Luther to my Superwoman. After my wife died in 2021 i was Forced into management with Black and Gold. I continued to rent. After only a few months everything went upside down when John proposed over a $500.00 rental increase on what I already had under my previous lease agreement. My apartment has been a bug infestation and my fridge was not working, i paid a deductible of 75.00 only to never be reimbursed. all that was suggested is that it was my fault for the bugs and to go after previous management for the refund, although fixed now.
