Great customer service at Black Forest Technik! I began having some issues with my VW Golf TDI while on a recent trip to Raleigh. I got in touch first thing on a Monday morning and they were able to squeeze me in and diagnose the problem that day. They also bent over backwards to inspect a used car I was interested in purchasing.
Great people and great customer service. I received the wrong part from a third party which involved me rescheduling my service and they worked with my schedule to fit me in without hesitation. Also the text messaging option is amazing!
