This place is great! The customer service was really top notch. I needed some repairs to be done on my BMW m235i through my warranty company. And while going through the warranty company was a mess, Morgan and Rob were very patient and professional with my constant pestering about updates. Once the claim was processed, repairs were done super quick. My check engine light is finally off and she runs great!
Dealership misdiagnosed and didn’t fix our car after 2 visits. BFT got me in quickly and fixed my Tiguan in 3 hours. My wife and I both drive Volkswagens, they have earned our business.
