A Premier Whatcom County Steak House What a great atmosphere for a "special" night out. Wait staff are friendly and you will definitely not be rushed. Obviously they have a great reputation for steaks and, they live up to that reputation.The Filet Mignon Oscar was wonderful and the Beef Stroganoff was tender and tasty. Prices are a touch on the high side but, within reason for this type of quality steakhouse. Would recommend it highly.

mmm I go to the one out in Everson with my girlfriend. Their bar steak is the only way to go! We have tried their other specialties, but always resort back to the bar steak. Also a great place just to go get a drink after work.
We went here for our 15th anniversary. The hostess was very pleasant...... That's where it ended. Our waiter was most definitely the worst male waiter I've ever had. EVER. Horrible waiter "skills" we ordered cheese sticks for an appetizer, they gross, like the ones you get from the grocery freezer. Frozen garlic bread, Nasty, soggy veggies. The prime rib was half decent. High quality price for very substandard food and service. Don't go there!
What a disappointment ! We ate here once before and it was okay, just okay. The Steak House at Silver Reef was booked, I should have known to go for something else, but NOOOOO I wanted a steak. EVEN though I did desserts for The Steak House at Silver Reef for 2 years. Should have gotten steaks at Carnes, in Bellingham and made them myself at home. is beyond rude and smells of horrible body order. My family and I will not be back.
I ordered the salmon and it was awful over cooked and dry and the caesar salad .... the only good thing was the letteuce the dressing is terrible i also had calamari which was actually good and the service was pretty good although alot of mistakes were made but the drinks were good the food is terrible and you couldnt pay me to eat there again at least i had good company
Worst dining experience ever at Jack Niemann's new Black Forest Steakhouse in Blaine WA. Confused wait staff, hour long wait for food, and insulting chef and owner Jack Niemann. My wife’s steak was ordered well done with no pink. It was served bloody. After it was returned a second time under cooked and uneaten, we asked that it be removed from the bill.
