A truck representing and advertising Black Forest Paving blocked half of 700 E while backing out with cars approaching, rushed and swerved around drivers, and merged without blinkers. AWFUL AND EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!!! When you bring a road down to ONE LANE ON A BLIND CURVE YOU MUST HAVE SOMEONE DIRECTING TRAFFIC AND AT MINIMUM WARNING SIGNS!!! Get an appropriately sized crew on Cynthia way before yall cause a head on collision!!!
