I've been having my Jetta serviced exclusively by Black Forest since I bought it. I won't lie, they are pricey. But with the price comes excellent service. I understand I'm not their typical clientel (most of the cars I see there are fancy euro sport cars), but I trust that they know how to care for my Volkswagen over the techs at say Walmart, Valvoline, or even some of the VW dealers in the area. Very rude and disrespectful because I missed a appointment
I recently took my 2015 Jetta back to the shop for a coolant leakage issue. About a year ago, they had replaced my thermostat assembly, and unfortunately it started leaking again. Without any hesitation, they took full responsibility and fixed the issue completely free of charge.
