I wish I had found Black Forest Independent BMW long ago. They are honest, technically sound and dependable.This time several sensors went out on my 650i and there were fluid leaks. They diagnosed, ordered parts and fixed it later in the day while I waited.

Joseph was very attentive to my concerns about my 440i and the work that had to be done. He was timely in getting me an estimate, but more importantly he followed through with getting the repairs done on time and within the estimated cost.
