Left me in the cold when I made an appointment the night before. They knew it was an emergency and I was without heat and they called at the time of the appointment and said they couldn't make it. I could have called others the night before had I known how flaky and inconsiderate these people are. For your own sanity call someone else.
Brandon, our service tech, is always prompt, polite, informative and quick to respond. We have been using Black Forest Heating & Cooling to service our heaters and A/C units for over 7 years and will continue to use them. They've maintained our units as well as installing side-by-side water heaters and conducting minor repairs as needed. I highly recommend them. Consider joining their service program.
Excellent Service. Careful to ensure our furnace lasts as long as possible, rather than trying to just sell us a new one. Honest and reliable. Just plain nice folks!
