In 38 years in this house, on our 3rd heating system, Brandon is definitely the most knowledgeable tech we've had. When we recently replaced our heating system BFHC was the highest bid, but we chose them anyway based on Brandon's expertise. During installation, I requested something that wasn't "by the book". Brandon refused, and later I discovered my request would not have worked as I thought. Minor issue - Brandon left a used extension cord to power the condensate pump.
This team really knows their stuff. Great energy and great people!

Highly recommended! We were having issues with our geothermal system that had stumped a self-professed expert with another business. Brandon of BFHC came out and quickly diagnosed the issue and made the needed repairs at a fraction of the cost quoted to continue troubleshooting by the competition.
