Amazing The floors in the home I purchased were well worn, and very old looking. When I called Black Forest, he came out within a few days to look at the floors and work up an estimate. I had an email from him right away with the estimate and explanation of all the work. I called and set up a date to refinish the floors. I hadn't moved in yet, and would have had to drive three hours to let them in to do their work. I left the key for them, and they came in, did a beautiful job, left the rooms spotless.
