Verry thankfully for the team at black Forrest family veterinary for taking my beautiful Bella in for her desexing,I hadn't booked an appointment but they took her in that day and the staff are very lovely and will be taking my girl back,thankyou very much ❤️
We adopted 2 kitten from a foster carer and were told we had to take them to the Black Forest Family VET for their desexing. When there we were only told that they were being dexexed and that was it. Our kittens came home with tattoos on their ears without our consent. We contacted the clinic in which they tried to say it was up to the foster parent to mention it. After I expressed my disappointment and the fact I was unhappy, the person on the phone said to me that I should have told them I didn't want their ears tattooed. ... read more
