Best draft ive ever seen
Es ist sehr schön ein deutsches Lokal in der Nachbarschaft zu haben. Das Schnitzel und die Spätzle sind guter Standard und auch der Salat ist lecker, Alles sehr nett. Aber… Hilfe, was ist denn mit der Pilzsoße los. Die ist ganz wässrig und wie Brühe mit winzigen Pilzbröckchen. Isst man das im Schwarzwald etwa so ? Wenn das erwünscht ist teile ich gerne ein Rezept zur Pilzrahmsoße. Ist sehr einfach. Dann würde ich gerne öfter zum Schnitzel essen kommen. LG
