We recently had work done by Black Fern. I had to leave while the professional was here, and they stayed and worked. I was impressed that they were kind to and made sure our cats didn't get out. They also were timely and curteous--they offered to take their shoes off when walking in common spaces beyond the entrance.

A very good company I think. I needed to make the bathroom accessible friendly for my seniors. The company is headed by Cam, a calm, reasonable and experienced plumber who supports his employees. ( I like that). I explained what I needed from the Reno and Cam gave options for us to choose from. Mitch was amazing and very patient and didn't hesitate to reach out to the boss when he encountered an unusual plumbing situation for advice from Cam. I had Blackfern come out to fix my gas fireplace. It ended up not being more than a simple fix. The team persevered and sorted out the issue as quickly as they could. Communication was on point throughout the entire ordeal.

Professional and timely installation of a new hot water tank by Mitch. Explained everything that was done, and did a great job. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get a similar job done.
