We recently requested services for back flow testing and Mitch took the time to educate me on an important aspect of our home. Very importantly, Mitch also helped with our leaking water heater. Service was prompt, professional, courteous, and efficient. We rarely leave reviews but felt best to share the positive feedback. I am writing this for someone who is not internet savvy. I am involved in the plumbing world as an assistant on jobs. I was called by my friend, namely Margo because the water was pooling below a hose bib. She wanted me to recommend someone to fix this. Instead, I drove out to her place and dug below the hose bib and found out that the leak was further up the line. The water line was inside old red clay pipes usually used for perimeter pipe systems.
