I contacted them to get a quote on installing an amp in my car. After a little back and forth on the phone about what kind of speakers I have, etc, I was told they would get back to me with a quote, probably that day. It's been a week and I still haven't heard a thing. I don't enjoy giving bad reviews, but what I enjoy even less is a business that tells me they're going to do something and then completely drops the ball. Stopped in on a whim to see what audio pricing was for my maverick that had yet to detail. I explained what I was looking at and my budget. Everything was well explained and the options were given. I opted for the JL speakers and amp, a dash cam and wiring for a usb outlet. I dropped off the vehicle the day of my appointment. Unfortunately one of his installers did not come in.
