I search for a 24/7 access storage unit ,due to my heactic life of taking care of people,family friends ect,getting out of a 10 year relationship,,& trying to get my things n life in order,,I truly needed a 24/7 place ,to do so at all hours,,These guys advertise 24/7 ,,Well they are not,,they close at 10pa n open at 5am,,,so by the time I found tat out I had passed up all the one's tat were,,also I pay 125 for my things to be protected n left in Caring hands yet wen it snows n melts,,u came back to find a 10×30 the whole flo... read more
No body around.to answer questions they make you do everything on a kiosk and they dont answer the phone when you call. The owner lives there but does not come out and check see if you need help or anything.
The reasons I left this place was that rats got into my unit and dirt would get into it and get all over everything. The gate was a hassle a lot of times too. I moved out 3 months ago and I even paid for a full month after I moved out and to this day, I still get texts and emails every few days saying I need to pay my unit's rent. They keep telling me they will remove me from these messages but they never do.
