I’ve dealt with these guys on multiple projects. Mostly gates for driveways for upper end houses in mountain areas. Every time, they’ve made everything as hard as possible. The owner/guy who bids is impossible to get a hold of. He’s very knowledgeable but getting him to show up is very hard. The other employees in our experiences have all failed to fix any of the issues the gates these guys have installed, and boy have there been numerous issues. From the beginning of the bidding process to the completion of the new gate, everyone at Black Eagle was great to deal with. Even the installers, who were stuck with a bleak, windy, miserable day to do the work, were cheerful and efficient. They went above and beyond to make our experience top-notch. I know I will always call them first for our fence and gate needs in the future.
