I visited for the first time today. I am preparing for my first mountain rescue class. I had a long list and a ton of questions. Connor was amazing. He was patient and helpful. He knew the equipment. He did not hesitate to say what he didn’t know and ask someone else. It was a pleasure working with him. I do not know the name of the woman at the register but she was incredibly helpful as well. I will definitely be back especially as I get more into climbing.
really dig this spot. best place for camping gear and clothes. bought a pair of lowas recently. they ended up being defective but black dome did everything they could and more to get them replaced. I'll come here to grab all my stuff.
