Sooo all I have to say is I am SOOOOO HAPPY. I would curse but don’t know if that’s allowed 😂 but let me tell you why. I’ve been to 8 mechanics regarding my jeep ever since I got it in February and most of them told me that’s just how jeeps run, even one told me that I should bring it back when it breaks down. We had such a great experience here! The service was super fast, professional, and high-quality. The team explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Everyone was friendly and welcoming — it really feels like a family-run business where they care about their customers. The prices are very fair, and we didn’t have to wait long at all. The place is clean and well-organized, and they did an excellent job with our tire change. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely come back!
Well, let’s see today. Everything changed first went up there to the tire store said I need a new sensor. I need a tire leak fixed so they replaced the sensor and they said they fixed the tire but unfortunately Sunday I went downstairs. Tire is flat not fixed I went up there talked to him about it said oh there must be no leak Yeah that’s it so I found the leak for them because they don’t put soap in their water to find leaks I guess and show them where it was and they said the tire has to be replaced. Took my F250 to get new 35x12.5 tires mounted and balanced at R&R tire, they had trouble balancing my wheels with there state of the art equipment and miss diagnosed my balance issue for bent wheels. So I took my truck to black dog and had the guys re balance my wheels on the machine. My truck still had the issue of hobbling at 45 mph so they came and picked up my truck when I was at work to look into it and diagnosed 1 or two of my tires no good. Ordered wrong tires and still didn't arrive lol lol. Wanted $540 cash price for 4 tires. Walmart has same tires $65 each free shipping lol lol. I wanted Kelly touring anyway and the owner couldn't even listen properly to a customer. Waste of time
