Highly recommend this family owned business! I needed four new tires just two days before a road trip, and Steve took great care of me. He was incredibly kind, patient, and straight to the point. He helped me choose four quality tires that were within my budget, had them delivered quickly, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I never felt pressured or like I was being taken advantage of, which meant a lot. The whole experience was seamless, with phenomenal customer service. Thank you so much!
I had an excellent experience at Black Dog Tire. From the moment I called for pricing, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me. Their customer service really stood out—they took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The work was completed efficiently, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was well taken care of. I’ve used Black Dog Tire Service multiple times for several different vehicles, and they have been outstanding every single time. Their customer service is excellent, they take pride in their work, and they always make sure the job is done right. It’s hard to find businesses that consistently deliver quality service, but Black Dog Tire Service does exactly that. Honest, professional, and dependable. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tires or tire service. I’ll definitely continue using them for all my vehicles
To anyone in need of tires I ALWAYS recommend Black Dog. The owners and employees are absolutely amazing and accommodating. They are quick, reliable and have the best prices! Our family refuse to go to anyone else! Check them out and thank me later!!!
Black Dog Tire saved my day. I had a flat and needed a tire fixed ASAP. Every other shop acted like I was bothering them, but these guys said it was late in the day and STILL made sure someone stayed to get me back on the road. Fast, friendly, and actually gave a damn. Highly Recommend this shop. Steve
