W!hat a good company! Great deals and service Steve and the crew are meticulous in their assessment and service. Got a vehicle issue in Port Richey area? This is my recommendation. Never met them before and have no involvement with their company.
We had such a great experience here! The service was super fast, professional, and high-quality. The team explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Everyone was friendly and welcoming — it really feels like a family-run business where they care about their customers. The prices are very fair, and we didn’t have to wait long at all. The place is clean and well-organized, and they did an excellent job with our tire change. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely come back!
Well, let’s see today. Everything changed first went up there to the tire store said I need a new sensor. I need a tire leak fixed so they replaced the sensor and they said they fixed the tire but unfortunately Sunday I went downstairs. Tire is flat not fixed I went up there talked to him about it said oh there must be no leak Yeah that’s it so I found the leak for them because they don’t put soap in their water to find leaks I guess and show them where it was and they said the tire has to be replaced. I realized I needed two front tires. They were ordered by Steve, the office manager. By the time I arrived the following day I thought I should buy tires for the rear. Again, Steve was very helpful. While the tires were installed he was busy on the phone ordering the tires. I had never purchased tires before. The best service and prices anywhere around here and they are honest. Eric the owner and his crew are the real deal. They do more then tires. They fix everything. Scott, one of the techs is ASE Certified and is incredible but the other guy are great techs too. Call Black Dog first!
