This "Jim" guy, if that's even his real name, has not done anything for us. He took thousands of dollars from us, took a few photos, and never gave us an album. He won't answer his phone and keeps putting us on the back burner.
It has been over a year since our wedding and we still have not received our photo book. We have left hundreds of voicemails and e-mails. Once in awhile he will call back letting us know it'll be finished in a few days and to call him back then. When we call on the scheduled date, he does not pick up.
