Working with Black Dog Roofing and Remodeling turned into a frustrating experience. Deadlines were repeatedly missed, which caused inconvenience and scheduling conflicts. Communication between the office and workers seemed poorly coordinated. The job site was often left untidy at the end of the day. Attempts to correct issues required multiple follow-ups. Considering the overall investment, I expected stronger accountability and more consistent professionalism throughout the entire project.
