Made a simple request for an invoice for the roof that was replaced on my home. Request was made on August 6th. Sent 5 follow up emails and multiple calls, still left waiting. If they cant handle the paperwork how can the take care of your roof?
I had been experiencing leaky roof over the past couple months and after the tornado I call The guys at Black Dog Roofing. They responded quickly to access damages and worked with my insurance company to render a positive conclusion. We worked on the timing of installation with my pre planned vacation. Upon my return everything was completed and it looks great. For me the process was seamless. I highly recommend Mitchell and Correy’s Black Dog Roofing for any needs you may have. DB

My insurance was only approving partial replacement on roof. Black dog went to bat for me and got full replacement. They are awesome!!!! They worked until they were done. God bless them.
Excellent and friendly customer service. Guys who did the installation work were great and the roof looks amazing. They did an amazing job cleaning up after the work was done too.
