We recently used Black Diamond transfer at Broadbeach Qld. I liked that we were regularly informed at all times and no problems finding the driver. Both drivers Luan and Belinda were excellent. We had to fly back home earlier than expected and Black Diamond transfers were able to assist us with a transfer from Broadbeach to Brisbane Airport with only a few hours notice. We will definitely use Black Diamond again
Failed to turn up to take the bridal party to her own wedding. When called to find out where the driver is the staff were rude and dismissive. Ended up getting a maxi-taxi. Generally you suck.
Very professional service. My driver Michael was excellent. The car was immaculate. I will use them again.
Highly recommend definitely made the last minute vehicle booking experience amazingly smooth
