I rented a storage space with this place twice, once in 2018 for 2-3 months, and once from 2023 to 2026. It’s a small business, and as a result they were more flexible than a larger company would be on move in/move out dates, if I fell behind on payments the owners were always VERY flexible about helping make sure my account stayed in good standing and wasn’t auctioned off. Black Diamond Storage in Hampshire is my number 1 recommendation for anyone needing to store a trailer, RV, vehicle, boat, etc. Ive stored my trailer there for a year now and am very happy with the facility. The location is secure, well-maintained, and easily accessible. I maneuver my 40’ trailer in and out of there very easily. Excellent customer service. Elizabeth is always helpful and responsive to any questions I have. Knowing my trailer was in a safe and reliable place gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend Black D... read more

The storage was fine, but when we cancelled we were supposed to get our refund back. Was promised a number of times by the manager, Elizabeth, and never got our money back. She is totally INCOMPETENT. Stay away!!!!!

The storage was fine, but watch your bank account carefully. Our first month storing our camper there we were double billed. When we pulled our camper out several months later, we canceled and were billed another month. I spoke to someone on the phone and was told a credit would be issued. No credit, 2 voice mails, 1 email later and radio silence.

Excellent facility. Confident my RV is safe. Lot is very secured and always well maintained. Plenty of room to maneuver to get any size rig into a space. Highly recommend Black Diamond for all your storage needs.
