The storage was fine, but when we cancelled we were supposed to get our refund back. Was promised a number of times by the manager, Elizabeth, and never got our money back. She is totally INCOMPETENT. Stay away!!!!!

The storage was fine, but watch your bank account carefully. Our first month storing our camper there we were double billed. When we pulled our camper out several months later, we canceled and were billed another month. I spoke to someone on the phone and was told a credit would be issued. No credit, 2 voice mails, 1 email later and radio silence.

Excellent facility. Confident my RV is safe. Lot is very secured and always well maintained. Plenty of room to maneuver to get any size rig into a space. Highly recommend Black Diamond for all your storage needs.

Fair prices, good security. No one on site but phone answered quickly. Good customer service.

Absolutely terrible customer service raised rent with no notifications like stated in the contract. Called several times so far and was told they “would take care of it and call me back the next day”. It’s been weeks and several calls and still no calls and they haven’t done anything about it. The lady that is in charge of the office is terrible at her job. Avoid this storage lot. There are many other lots around here.
