My HOA sent them to my home for a roof repair. Two technician showed up and looked at the damage. They told me that they will need to go back and make a separate proposal because the frame underneath is water damaged. They could only temporarily patch the damage area. So they removed and replaced two pieces of shingles to cover up the damage which took about 30 minutes, and they went on their way.
