We had an intermittent leak into our home following repair of a roof-mounted hood exhaust fan. The fan was repaired by a third party. I called Black Diamond on Thursday, and Jake came out the following Monday to assess the problem. Jake was quickly able to locate the source of the leak and fixed it. From start to finish, Jake was here for less than an hour.
