Black Diamond is the best. They are super efficient, clean, explain everything in detail before they start, and are very honest. I use them for all my HVAC, and plumbing. When and if I have any electrical issues I will use them for that too. They are the best and everyone there is highly knowledgeable in their trade with the best customer service.
Tim and Felix were amazing! They were extremely polite, professional to work with, and very knowledgeable about what the issue could have been. Our furnace had been short cycling and wouldn't heat properly. They were able to diagnose the problem, order the part and have our furnace running again, good as new! I will be recommending Black Diamond Plumbing in my realtor business as well as to my family, friends and neighbors. I hope you also get the chance to work with Tim and Felix as well!!!!
