Poor customer service. I went to Body image right down the street and actually was able to find a decent person working the front with great attitude. That's my choice for this area. Black Diamond, maybe find some books on how to's and don't do's and maybe your shop won't stay so empty all the time ....
If I could give this place a zero stars I would! Went in there to change my nose piercing into a hoop. Paid $20 for it to be done. First, he didn’t clean around my nose to make sure everything was sanitized properly. Once they done it , it was bulky and big I hated it. So then I had to pay another $35 to have a stud put back in. He went from a 18g and gauged my nostril to a 16g without even informing me! Now I have this big stud that I have to let heal up before I can change it again. I’m trying to go down to a 20g.
