I appreciate how quickly we got into a good exercise program for dealing with stubborn tendinitis. I am also receiving excellent soft tissue work to support the exercises. The clinic is very friendly and I feel right at home. I am making good steady improvement!
The therapist seemed knowledgeable and was professional, but often ran 3-4 appointments at a time and would have assistants, students, or the front desk person leading through exercises. They pushed for frequent appointments and were quite expensive likely because every appointment was (needlessly) an hour long.
I would recommend North Lake and especially Aaron Holtz to anyone needing physical therapy. I worked with Aaron on two separate issues and I can tell he knows his stuff, and he will work hard to help you get better.
Aaron always makes sure I am warmed up and ready to do the physical therapy. The whole team really cares about getting you back into working condition. The environment is encouraging and nice to be in. All the staff are upbeat and kind. I feel I am getting a lot better by going.
