Tom has assisted in my ability to walk after being in a wheelchair for a year and a half. I’m extremely impressed by his ability to come up with exercises to challenge me. I’ve moved from a wheelchair to crutches and practicing walking without them!
Tom Rigby did a great job of helping recover my leg strength after back surgery. He set up exercises to regain strength and my long-term body health. He, along with Sierra and Madison, always treated me like a person and not just a patient. I highly recommend their services.

Would give more stars if I could. Every aspect of North Lake was excellent- the trainers, facility, and ease of billing / transparency (which is always a challenge when insurance is involved). North Lake made everything easier and after working with my trainer for 3 months I feel extremely confident in my care and recovery.
