Follow up after 2 years: There is a sunken part in the pavers that gathers water when it rains. I have reached out multiple times to get a repair but am continuing to get the run around. Still have not received support and follow ups. I've been reaching out to them for a year now to get the repair. Pavers still look nice, but they are fading on the side that gets sun. Alan was a professional, throughout the entire experience. Friendly, well informed, communicative, responded quickly. I felt that he listened carefully and if there was a concern, took it seriously. Early on he was very helpful about the type of plants we needed, and I am incredibly grateful for that. During the process when he gave me a date, it happened...on that date.
We used Black Diamond because a house down the street used them for their driveway and we were impressed by the quality of the work. After initial contact they sent someone out rather quickly to give us an estimate. He was very patient answering all our questions and his 2D/3D renderings were amazing! He is very knowledgeable and gave great feedback on our design. HIs team was very professional.
