We have had a terrible experience with Black Diamond. We got several quotes and they could get a door installed the soonest so we went with them. We paid the deposit and got cancelled on day after day after day. This was for a rental property with a broken door and needed to be done asap. If they had been up front about a longer time frame I would have been ok with waiting.
