My electrician, Tino, was fantastic! He took time to answer questions and explain everything I was dealing with and why. Tino is the reason they got four stars. I didn't feel like I could go higher because everybody I've spoken with feels like I overpaid for the services.

2 appts in two weeks and no one ever calls or shows. 1st appt, come the time of the appointment, they message us to say that they are short staffed and have noone to do the job. Today's appoint was a window of 9-1, with a text stating the person will contact us 30 minutes prior to arrival. At 1250 pm, no call, nothing. So we called them, and they stated that they were just in the process of assigning someone to come out. Tino was very professional, thorough and friendly. He introduced himself and showed me everything he assessed electrically and made recommendations when needed.mine was a service maintenance call.
