Use these guys when I bought my house and they came and re-piped it and we’re quick and efficient and incredibly helpful. So when my HVAC system went out, I gave them a ring and they came out ASAP. Gave me a couple different quotes critical replacement, unit replacement, or full HVAC system replacement. We had a problem with our A/C. I called Black Diamond for help. Their response time was faster that I expected. The tech they sent, Luiz Gonzalez, an absolute genial man. I was so empressed ! This is the second time that I have used Black Diamond Experts, for two separate houses with two different problems. Both times Black Diamond was able to get me next day service at 8am sharp. I called other companies who told me I will put you on our list, which is not what you want to hear when you have water problems in the house. I just want to take a moment to sincerely thank Sammy, who went out of his way to stop and help me change my flat tire on the side of the road. He didn't ask me to write this, I just saw the company name on his uniform and felt he deserved some praise for his good deed.
