Mike, Matt and Robbie were involved in two visits for our solar and were very pleasant to work with. They identified the problem and fixed it, then reviewed it and determined that there was another issue and resolved it for us. We will definitely refer friends and family to them for our electric and solar needs. Thank you for your diligence.
Solar upgraded to include the Tesla Powerwall3 w/expansion pack. Black Diamond team was a pleasure to watch. Robbie the team Captain on the job kept me well informed and spent time to make sure I understood operations and set me up with the app to monitor my own system. Jason and his team who installed our battery unit were on time, courteous, answered all of our questions, and even though there was a hiccup with our order and original Instalation, which was no fault of Jason and his team, they were extremely professional in dealing with it and came back very promptly to correct the issue. Highly recommend them!
The service this company has given me is extremely poor. I reach out to them with questions and I never get anyone to answer the phone. I leave messages and never get a return call. The panels are not what I ordered but appearantly that was the deception of the company who sold me the system in the first place. This is the worst company. Not sure why people like them.
Black Diamond replaced the meter main and upgraded the interior panel at my house. Robbie has very clear and punctual communication. It was very convenient for them to do the work while I was out of town and Robbie kept me posted on the progress. Thank you!
