Terrible service and hospitality from them, nobody answered my phone calls and none of the mechanics could even answer basic questions about my truck, then they kept my duramax for nearly a month longer than they should have after it was already fixed just to be able to bill me for more labor hours and then threw a daily storage fee on top of it but wouldn’t let me pay for it or release it to me on the claim of it’s not put back together yet even though it was sitting on the lot….

Do not use this company! My daughter broke down in Victoria and needed a part for her car. They overcharged me and threatened to keep her car if I didn’t pay. Charged 12% sales tax on entire repair bill, when that is not the TX rate and you are not supposed to charge tax on labor. Ignored all phone calls when I attempted to call and get this corrected. What a rip off! Beware.
