Black Dimond took care of all our needs, I’m not an easy person to work with lol, every concern I had or something I didn’t like I contacted Lonnie and he was right on top of everything! It was an awesome experience working with Lonnie! We had a couple of roofing companies approach us about our roof and I called Lonnie to come out and give his opinion on the storm damage. He guided us thru the challenging insurance process and advocated for us and we were able to get our roof replaced. Without his help it would have been a challenging process. We appreciate his help and would highly recommend Black Diamond for your roofing needs!
Lonnie and his crew just finished re-roofing our home in Wooster. They scheduled it for one day, and had a crew large enough to get it done that day, as promised! We selected a new Owens Corning shingle color & design, and it looks great! They started just at sun up, shortly after 5 AM, and they were done before 5 PM that day, as promised! I honestly don’t know where to begin so I’ll say that Lonnie was essential in the process with the insurance company, getting my claim settled. His crew was extremely respectful and detail oriented. I would 1000 times recommend this company. I wish he did more things other than roofing and siding….He was amazing to work with.
