My appt was at 1pm she had someone in her chair and told me she can start me at 3pm after she finished the client in her chair she then left for food didn’t tell me she was back and then sounded confused when i called 45 minutes later now almost 4pm if she was ready for me. She spent all of maybe an hour on me and charged me $90 the break down being 50 for wash as style 20 for the conditioner she called a treatment and 20 to clip my ends after speaking with who referred me I can confirm she overcharged me and took advantage ... read more
