The Black Diamond team was awesome! They were quick, thorough, friendly, AND did great work on my car. The insurance company didn’t approve OEM parts, but Black Diamond was able to price match what they approved with OEM parts and still get them installed for me. They also dropped me off and picked me up where my rental car was. This was a great experience. Hopefully we don’t get rear ended again. But if we do, it’s nice to know we have a repair shop that we can trust.
This family owned and operated business is top notch! I was so devastated when my brand new one month old car got hail damage. They performed excellent work and were so kind and personable. My car is beautiful, smooth and shiny once again! I will definitely put them down as my go to if I ever need body work again.
I am very impressed with the quality work completed and the pricing. I was going to get to work done locally in Austin, but found prices to be very high. Black Diamond Provided the quote quickly and it was approximately 20 to 25% less than a comparable shop in Austin. The facility is extremely clean and the people are very Responsive. Craftsmanship was excellent on the Finished work. In addition, they exceeded my expectations on the turnaround time.
