This was an absolute TERRIBLE experience. I contacted them about getting an appointment for my dog. She had hurt her eye. I was told they did not have any appointments available for 3 weeks. I explained the dog could not wait that long. But conveniently I could bring the dog in for "Urgent Care" which cost a lot more. I called and they said to bring the dog in around 10:00. I can’t say enough about this veterinary office. The Drs and staff are the best. We had to let go of our little Abby after 14 years being with Black Creek. The day we took her, it was awful. The staff made Abby feel so loved . Thank you all so much. No one will ever go wrong taking their pets there
