I'd give them negative 10 stars if I could! We bought a Jacobsen home through black creek custom homes in 2012, not because they were great dealers but because they were the ONLY dealer in this area. Crooked from the 1st minute. Will, owner, tried to get us to sign a BLANK "commitment to proceed"! I said "Fill it out and send it to me and I'll have our attorney look at it." I’d write a million reviews on this place if I had the energy. I lost it all playing tag on the phone trying to speak to someone. Real rip you off kinda place. If you’re into that you’re at the right place.
We had a TERRIBLE experience. Walt screwed us out of so much money. Then the company they recommend to finance through “Triad” failed to tell us our mortgage would go up from $1400 to $1700 after the first year! We were paying rent and mortgage for multiple months when they started charging us for the house that was not set up to live in yet, and we overlapped with the place we were renting for several months. I had been to many dealers and I am so happy that I decided to trust BCCH with my new home.
