I’ve been working with Daniela for the past several months and I’ve been really impressed. She is such a talented coach and an amazing athlete. She really knows how to customize workouts to help you reach your goals and focus on any areas you want to improve. Plus, she’s great at explaining form and technique. I definitely recommend working with her one-on-one or taking one of her classes!
I've tried every gym there is. By far this is the way to go. The camaraderie there is the best. When you think you can't go anymore there's a coach and fellow gym goers there to push you on to that last rep. ALL the coaches there are there because they are dedicated people there to to assist you in becoming a healthier person. I can't say enough about Max and Daniela.
I've been going to BCCF for just over 6 months now and it has completely changed my health and fitness level for the better. I really love how the coaches meet you where you're at and provide options to scale the workout no matter what strength level you're currently at. The class times are also really convenient for my schedule. Highly recommend BCCF!
I've been coming to Black Collar for a few years, and it is hard to beat. Challenging classes that are tailored to meet you where you are at in your fitness journey. Coaches are very knowledgeable and give you good guidance. Highly recommended!
