Once with Rick Lundblade after I was in a car accident and another time when applying for Disability when I worked with Marlene (it has been so long I am embarrassed to say I do not recall her last name). On both occasions everyone in the office was incredibly kind, very well prepared, and professional. I have recommended them to other people who also had positive outcomes from their cases.
