I have received over 10 tattoos from Black Cat, a majority of them done by Honest Josh, and every single time they have turned out amazing. Josh is very personable and cares about his clients. Every time I’ve been tattooed we had plenty of insightful and interesting conversations. I just got a piece done on my ribs and I’m glad I built a rapport with him previously because I had full confidence that he would once again create amazing work. I highly recommend Black Cat Collective as a whole. 🦇
