The “wild salmon” looked light pink and entirely too light to be real red wild caught salmon. I ran a pic of my salmon through Ai and indeed it was farm raised. The waiter blamed it on the vendor and seemingly justified the misleading menu by asking if it was good and that it was all finished. Both of which are true. But that’s like wearing polyester but paying for pima cotton shirt. I won’t be back bc I don’t award misleading menus.
We ate here during our California road trip on Friday, July 31. The clam chowder didn’t really do it for me — I’m from Poland, and we Poles take our soups pretty seriously, so it definitely wasn’t one I’ll remember. But the shrimp risotto? Absolutely insane! I honestly can’t remember the last time I had a dish this good. An absolute masterpiece and a straight-up 12/10. I’d come back just for that risotto!

The food was delicious, everything tasted so good, Our server Mauricio was amazing, very attentive.
