MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. This company is not honest. I paid $550 for a day trip to Napa and the morning of the trip, they notified me that the car had broken down and they can no longer take us. That’s all fine - we just hired another company last minute. That told me that I would get a full refund in 5-7 business days. By not showing up for a 4:00am pickup they did the worst thing a car service can do to a client in the middle of the night - leave them without options and cause far outweighing the cost of the service. I find it difficult to imagine anything this company could do to regain my trust and business, but I'd like to see them try. In the meantime, I am telling everyone I know, and using public ratings forum available to warn people against using this company.
Called the company last minute. They were able to provide a car for me within 2 hours. The person on the phone was very helpful and understanding. The driver was awesome. Got me to my destination with no issues, and had the music that I like (classic rock), which is very rare for limos, or any service these days. Will definitely book a car with them again!
