None of the extensions listed in the menu actually work. I dial extensions 102 for water orders and it tells me extensions 102 cannot be found. Same message for 106 &107. None of the extensions on my water card work either.

customer service that rivals that of an airline or a cable company. its a shame that when buying a property you are forced into paying these people. My Ex-wife's name is on my irrigation bill, as such the post office forwarded the bill to her new address, i called BCID to explain the situation, not only was i told too bad on the late fee, they also couldn't tell me how her name ended up on the bill in the first place, because it was "before her time" in reference to the new lady working the phones.

I bought a house with acreage so I could have a huge garden. The house came with irrigation rights. The access to the irrigation water is on my neighbor's property, with a large rusty chain around the gate. These neighbors call the police and report you for trespassing if you go on their property. I have no access to the water yet am being charged for it. When my husband called BCID to tell them, the person on the phone just said "Sorry, we can't do anything about that."

Crew does their best to keep the water flowing to customers. Water season (April-Oct) is CRAZY busy!
