Great ride! Just got back from a two--hour ride. My guide, Liza, was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about the area and was very friendly. The horses are well cared for. They have lots of rides to choose from for all experience levels. I highly recommend this activity.
Everything was perfect!
The stables look nice and it would have been fun but BEWARE their customer service and communication is lacking... They only schedule rides ahead of time up to ten days out which is understandable. We scheduled ours ahead of time for a Sunday. We never got a confirmation email, text or anything and i couldn't remember if our ride was for 11 AM or noon. I tried calling a day in advance and the morning of and left a voicemail several hours before to ask but no one called me back... We tried calling other sections of Black Butt... read more
