Shady ass minimum-wage surcharge on the bill. NOPE. edit: This is a bullshit way to protest the minimum wage hike. If you want to be a business and a part of the community, pay your employees a livable wage. Seems like black bottle is one of the last restaurants hanging on to this surcharge, as most others have realized it's an asshole move. Food was good, atmosphere was relaxed and upscale but our server was subpar. I guess it's hard to find good help.

Such amazing food. I love sharing plates. I love tasting. They brought is bread to dip in the oxtail sauce just because they knew we were the kind of people who savor the experience. The waitstaff was fast and friendly and competent! The food, did I mention the food? Can I just end with desert? ...Lavender Lemon Curd Cheesecake & four spoons. So. Good.
