We’ve used this firm for all of our home sales and purchases and they’ve done a good job. Not the cheapest out there but you get experience and efficiency. My only suggestion is they contact the buyer ahead of time to let them know the actual parameters of the property rather than the day of closing!
We have used John Black many times over the years for a number of purchases and sales. John and his people have been very professional and quite thorough in their work on our real estate needs.
