Horrible experience, rude from the beginning was stating wrong information. He made the case so much more stressful. Not to mention waste of a lot of money, i do not have a lot of money , I had to get a whole new lawyer. As it was that bad
Obtained John Blacks services, by recommendation on a recent real estate purchase transaction. From start to finish, he advises on all the necessary and important issues upon closing. He was always responsive, patient ( I was having major phone connection issues throughout process) and kind. I must also comment on receptionists and his assistant Kathryn Patterson. We’ve used this firm for all of our home sales and purchases and they’ve done a good job. Not the cheapest out there but you get experience and efficiency. My only suggestion is they contact the buyer ahead of time to let them know the actual parameters of the property rather than the day of closing!
We have used John Black many times over the years for a number of purchases and sales. John and his people have been very professional and quite thorough in their work on our real estate needs. He and his people have also be excellent in terms of their knowledge and support to military moves. Highly recommended!
