If Buffalo has an exclusive private gym, Black Belt Body is the one. I have been a member of this gym since their new locations opening. The owner Heather is super friendly and overall very friendly environment. Recently the gym has been lacking maintenance, floor mats coming off, mirrors broken, some machines are not mounted to the ground properly, members bringing in freebies. Hoped these will all be addressed and BBB remains the best gym Buffalo area has to offer!
Heather is amazing and is always there for support when you need it! She also customizes workouts based on your personal needs and goals! I highly recommend her!
