Absolutely no communication, calls go to voicemail, don't answer emails and don't answer customer service on the website. The gym is much smaller than I anticipated on top of many things being shattered and broken. I've been attempting to cancel my membership for months but they make it very difficult on purpose, clearly just so they can get as much money as they can.
Smaller than I expected but to be 24hrs is a blessing
What is up here? About 5 days ago, sent an email through the ‘Contact’ page…no response. About 3 days ago, called and left a message on their voicemail…no response. Signed-up and paid for a membership online yesterday, only to receive an email with no access code. Left another message on their voicemail yesterday…no response. Is the joke on me?
