I've been going to Asia for my Procell Facials over the past year and can honestly say the service is top tier which allows me to fully unplug and relax during every visit. Her attention to detail during her treatments help with the results post treatment. I look forward to continuing my skincare journey for years to come!
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Black Bella. I purchased $300 worth of services. As a government/military service, I am often assigned TDYs without notice for extended periods. When I returned CONUS from an assignment, I was advised by the owner, that I only had 60 days to use the pre-paid services. My TDY was longer than 9 months. I asked ownership if I could at least get a credit. They refused. I was a returning client and could not understand why they wouldn’t entertain even 50% of the 300.00 I’d paid.
